The Aluskit® system comprises a complete range of structural aluminium profiles with channels, designed to offer versatile, resistant and easy-to-assemble modular solutions. Thanks to its slotted design and a wide variety of connecting and fixing accessories and auxiliary elements, it allows the construction of customised structures without the need for complex machining or welding.
The catalogue includes profiles in multiple sections, thicknesses and strengths, optimised for applications in industrial automation, machinery manufacturing, workstations, enclosures, transport systems and technical furniture, among others. The system components are compatible, which facilitates the assembly, disassembly and reconfiguration of structures according to customer requirements.

PROFILE CHARACTERISTICS
The profiles are manufactured from EN AW 6106 alloy and undergo T5 air quenching and artificial ageing treatment. This alloy has better characteristics than EN AW 6063 alloy with the same extrudability, allowing profiles of very different shapes and high strength to be produced.
SUPPLY AND SERVICE
Aluskit system profiles are available in a standard length of 6,050 mm and a natural anodised finish. Our experience allows us to advise you on the right choice of profiles and accessories needed to create
the optimal structure. On request, we can supply profiles cut to size, as well as machined to enable the assembly of accessories that require it. Please consult us for conditions.
