Aluminium rectangular tube 100x50x8 is manufactured in EN AW 6005 alloy. An aluminium alloy belonging to the 6000 family, with magnesium and silicon as the main alloying elements.
This aluminium alloy is particularly suitable for manufacturing extruded profiles and offers an ideal balance between mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. It has significantly higher mechanical properties than EN AW 6060 alloy and greater extrudability than EN AW 6082 alloy.
Its extrusion capacity allows the manufacture of profiles with relatively complex and functional designs with high strength. It also has high corrosion resistance.
