Aluminium square bar, manufactured in alloy 2011 T6, an alloy with excellent machinability, which enables the manufacture of complex parts by machining.
The 110×110 extruded aluminium square bar is made of EN AW 2011 alloy. An aluminium alloy belonging to the 2000 family, with copper as the main alloying element.
It is one of the aluminium alloys best suited to machining by chip removal, which means it is widely used for the manufacture of all types of complex parts with medium-high mechanical requirements.
Depending on its origin and application, its lead content may not comply with RoHS or REACH regulations.
This aluminium alloy has the following composition under standard EN 573-3:

Bars manufactured in EN AW 2011 alloy are supplied in T3, T8 or T6 treatment states depending on the extruded or calibrated quality of the alloy.
